These Terms govern your use of CryptoX™, the Discord crypto bot. If you do not agree, stop using the Bot immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Bot means you accept these terms.

By using CryptoX™ (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to all users across all Discord servers where CryptoX operates.

2. Eligibility

Only eligible users may use CryptoX.

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Have a valid Discord account in good standing
  • Not be located in a country where cryptocurrency is banned or restricted
  • Not be on any government sanctions list
3. Wallets & Funds

Deposits are tracked, tips stay internal, withdrawals are on-chain.

  • Each user receives unique HD-derived deposit addresses per chain
  • Deposited funds are tracked in our database and backed by hot wallets
  • Tips are internal DB transfers — not on-chain transactions
  • Withdrawals are real blockchain transactions — irreversible once sent
  • Always double-check withdrawal addresses — we cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per chain
4. Fees

Fees are simple and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the bot or its users.

  • Money laundering or financing illegal activities
  • Fraud, scamming, or deceiving other users
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot
  • Attempting to access other users' wallets or funds
  • Spamming commands or abusing the bot
  • Any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service
  • Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction

Violation results in immediate permanent ban from CryptoX with no refund.

6. Risks & Disclaimer

Crypto carries risk and transactions cannot be reversed.

  • Cryptocurrency is highly volatile — we are not responsible for value changes
  • CryptoX is not a bank or financial institution
  • We do not provide financial advice
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible — verify all details before confirming
  • We are not liable for losses due to incorrect withdrawal addresses entered by the user
  • We are not liable for network congestion or failed transactions
  • We are not liable for smart contract bugs on external chains
  • We are not liable for Discord outages or API failures
7. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your Discord account.

  • Keep your Discord account secure — we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account
  • Never share your withdrawal addresses publicly
  • Report any bugs or exploits immediately to our support server
  • Attempting to exploit the bot will result in permanent ban and potential legal action
8. Termination

We may suspend or shut down the service.

  • Suspend or ban any user at any time for ToS violations
  • Freeze funds pending investigation of suspicious activity
  • Shut down the bot temporarily or permanently

In case of permanent shutdown, users will be given 30 days notice to withdraw all funds.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of CryptoX after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced in the support server.

10. Governing Law

Disputes are handled through support first.

These terms are governed by applicable international laws regarding digital assets and online services. Disputes will be handled via our support server before any legal escalation.
