1. Information We Collect

Only the data required to run the bot.

When you use CryptoX, we collect operational data tied to your Discord account and blockchain activity.

Stored Data
  • Discord User ID and username
  • Wallet addresses, including deposit addresses generated for you
  • Transaction history for deposits, tips, and withdrawals
  • Crypto balances
  • Timestamps of all transactions
Not Collected
  • Passwords
  • Email addresses
  • Any personal information beyond what Discord provides
2. How We Store Your Data

Security is built into the storage layer.

  • All data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database.
  • Private keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage.
  • The master seed is stored securely and never logged or exposed.
  • No private keys are ever shared or transmitted.
3. How We Use Your Data

To generate wallets, track balances, and process actions.

Core Usage

  • Generate unique HD wallet addresses per user per chain
  • Track balances and process tip, withdraw, and deposit transactions
  • Apply a 1% tip fee credited to bot administration
  • Display your profile and transaction history via $profile

No Data Selling

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data with any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We only send the minimum data needed for blockchain operations.

  • Alchemy — ETH/USDT blockchain RPC
  • Solana RPC — SOL transaction monitoring
  • litecoinspace.org — LTC transaction monitoring
  • CoinGecko API — Live crypto price data
  • Discord API — Bot functionality

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only send necessary blockchain data to these services.

5. Security

Every user gets an isolated deposit address.

  • HD wallet architecture creates isolated deposit addresses per user
  • Funds sweep to secured hot wallets after blockchain confirmation
  • No employee or admin has direct access to user funds
  • You can withdraw your full balance to your own wallet at any time
Important: user balances remain available for withdrawal before any deletion request is completed.
6. Your Rights

You can request deletion, export, or withdrawal.

  • Data deletion — all your data removed from our database
  • Data export — a copy of your stored data
  • Balance withdrawal — withdraw all funds before deletion

7. Disclaimer

CryptoX is a bot, not a bank.

  • CryptoX is a non-custodial tip bot and not a bank or financial institution
  • We are not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect withdrawal addresses provided by the user
  • Crypto transactions are irreversible, so always double-check addresses
  • Bot availability is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee
